దశమి దాటిన ఏకాదశి తొలి ఘడియలలో మద్యాహ్నం 2.30ని.లకి విశ్వచైతన్యంలో కలిసి పోయినా, విజయ దశమినాడు సమర్ద సద్గురు సాయినాధుని పుణ్య తిధిగా గత 95 సంవత్సరాలుగా జరుపుకుంటూ వస్త్తున్నము మనమందరమూ! అయితే ఈ సంవత్సరం విజయదశమి అక్టోబరు 13 వ తేదీన కేలండరు ప్రకారం, జరుపుకుంటున్నాము. కానీ పండుగలూ, పుణ్యతిధులూ సూర్యోదయ సమయాన తిధి ఘడియలు వున్న రోజునే జరుపుకోవాలని పెద్దల మాట. 13.10.13 ఆదివారం నాడు దశమి తిధి సూర్యోదయ సమయానికి కాక మద్యాహ్నం 1.20 కి వచ్చినందువలన, దశమి తిధి 14.10.2013 న వుదయం 11.45 వరకు వున్నందువలన మనం సద్గురు సాయి మహరాజు 95 వ పుణ్యతిధి సోమవారమ్ జరుపుకుందాం! సద్గురు సాయినాధ మహరాజ్ కి జై!
Punya Tithi of Sadguru Sainath Maharaj usually observed on Vijaya Dasami day, though Maharaj left HIS human form just at the arrival of Ekadashi moments. As such though Vijaya Dasami this year celebrated by many on 13th October 2013, we should observe Maharaj's Punya Tithi on 14th October 2013, Monday, as Dasami ends at 11.45 AM on Monday. It is further said that any festivity could be observed only when the Tithi remains at Sun Rise. Let us therefore observe the Punya Tithi of Maharaj on the 14th October 2013, Monday.
