Sri Sai Dharma Kshetram Nellore

·  Sri Darga Swami inaugurated this temple on Apr 30, 2008. The temple stands on an area of 75ft. X 100ft. This mandir is located in a peaceful environment. This temple resembles the Samadhi Mandir in Shirdi. On Feb 2, 1995 the ground breaking ceremony for this temple was performed. In the month of April, a beautiful marble statue of Baba was brought to Shirdi from Jaipur. It was then taken around Shirdi Samadhi Mandir, Gurusthan, Nandadeep, Dwarakamai, Chavadi as an act of circumambulation and then brought to Saipatham ashram on Pimpalwadi Road. Sri Sarath Babuji was shown the picture of Baba's statue and his blessings were received.
·  The statue was then brought to Nellore on Apr 30, 2009 and installed in the mandir. The dhuni, which was lit by Sri Darga Swami, burns to this day in the mandir. This temple also attracts many people, similar to the Samadhi Mandir in Shirdi. Similar to the Samadhi Mandir in Shirdi, there is a Samadhi resemblance in front of Baba's statue in this mandir. At the bottom of this Samadhi were placed articles belonging to Pujya Sri Ekkirala Bharadwaja Master, Sri Golagamudi Venkayya Swami and Sivanesan Swamiji. Also placed in this Samadhi were 3 crore copies of Akhanda Sai Nama books.
·  Many devotees worked for constructing this temple. Also, many books relating to Sri Saba's life were collected and are available in this mandir's library. The books are accessible to devotees during temple hours for free. There is a beautiful Baba's idol on the roof of this mandir. The entrance staircase is flanked by Sri Ganesha's marble statue and Tulasi Brindavanam ( basil plant) and on the right by a marble statue of Hanuman. There is a dhuni on the south-east corner of this temple and on the north-west corner of this temple, a Naga Sila (snake's idol), Ravi Chettu (peepal tree) and a marble idol of Sri Dattatreya are seen. Also a swing and palanquin are seen in this corner of the temple.
