Most Revered Masilapuram Manickem, fondly called as UDI BABA by numerous devotees across Tamilnadu & all, merged in SAI a few hours ago at Vellore, Chennai. He was 60 & retired as Assistant Registrar of Societies (DIG) under Government of Tamilnadu. Known for his healing abilities UDI used to apply UDI on the forehead of Chronic Patients suffering from various diseases. He has established a Charitable Organisation, which distributes sewing machines to needy & distressed & women every year. On 1st January He was in Shirdi for New Year & offered prayers to Baba.
