Surrender to your Master :
Shirdi Baba reiterated the essentiality of complete surrender to the ‘Guru’ with his own example when he said pointing to his physical frame, “This body is my house. I am not here. My Guru has taken me away”.
One who reaches the feet of fully realized spiritual masters, must surrender his body, mind and soul to the Guru. The spiritual benefit accruing to an aspirant of the path is in measure in which the surrender to the Master is done. The more he gives himself the more he receives. Perfect Master say ‘Give us all you have, we will give you all we possess’
In fact, the spiritual mentor works harder to help the aspirant to make a total surrender to himself. At times Baba adopted shock tactics to weaken or eliminate the ego of the seeker.
There was a supreme peerless quality in Baba’s personality which made all those who came in his contact, feel the urge to surrender to him. Sai Baba was in the truest sense a Guru incarnate, who naturally attracted people and they were willing and anxious enough to surrender to him. He said, ‘Keep still and I will do the rest’. The tremendous power of the Guru is working, all that the seeker has to do is to refrain from obstructing it ! This is only possible if the surrender is complete.

Invisible Baba.
The below Photograph was taken by a devotee named Gopal Dinakar Joshi in the year 1912. Every morning after breakfast, Baba went to Lendi Baugh. The devotees stayed in Sathe Wada would eagerly wait for Baba and the procession to approach the corner in front of the Wada, so that they could have his darshan. Baba responded to their wishes by standing there for a while.Joshi wanted to take a photograph of Baba. He kept his camera mounted and ready for Baba to return from Lendi Baugh. Before doing this he asked Baba for permission to take his photograph. Baba said, “I don’t want a photograph of mine, but you can certainly take a photograph of the devotees accompanying me”.
Upon Baba’s return from Lendi Baugh, he stood a while near Sathe Wada. Joshi seized the opportunity and took a photograph of Baba. Shama saw this and told Baba that Joshi had taken his photograph. Again Baba repeated the same saying “I don’t need any photograph of mine. What am I to do?”.Joshi got the photograph printed and to his utter surprise, Baba is not visible, and only his feet can be seen. The Umbrella, Bhagoji Shinde and the other devotees are clearly seen but in place of Baba there is a luminous light and only his feet can be seen.

The Power of “Om Sai Ram”
When we utter the three words, “Om Sai Ram”; it brings a complete power of positivity into our life, though for a moment, but we feel intensely placated and pacified with a ray of hope for the goodness. Enchanting these sacred terms sub-consciously will make us audacious towards every problems and goals in life, we cannot expect our problems to eradicate but the support and presence of baba in our life can make us ferry the ocean in a merely better manner.
For people who are going through a tough time in life, no matter what it maybe, mark my words only the favorite students of baba get to face the problems, please remember, bad phase is not forever, because only after the darkest hours of night comes the dawn, plus, the best part of your life has not happened yet, hence, stay calm and remember baba.
Why fear when baba is there?
Why to worry if you have surrendered yourself to him? Will he let his children suffer? Will he let anything bad happen to you? The saint is standing by our side forever and always, if we fall, we will rise again since he is there to give his hands for support. Resist the sources of negativity in your life, stay happy, try to do a little good every day, keep smiling, n always remember him before going to sleep. You would feel your life ameliorated gradually.
This doesn’t mean your problems will lessen, but you won’t see them as problems anymore. You will get courage to overcome all obstacles easily.
The three terms mentioned above, will give you the calmness that is experienced, not spoken about, it has the power, to make you strong and bring limitless joy into your life.
May baba bless everyone reading this and I seek his presence and guidance in our life forever.
Om Sai Ram.
I wish all of you realize the power of chanting “Om Sai Ram” and remember Sai few minutes everyday.
Om Sairam...

Bow To Shri Sai - Peace
This story showing Baba's omniscience and His using it for correcting people and setting them on the right path. Once a Pleader from Pandharpur came to Shirdi went to Masjid, saw Sai Baba felt His feet and without being asked offer some Dakshina, and sat in a corner, eager to hear the talk, that was going on. Then Baba turned His face towards him and said " How cunning the people are ! they fall at the feet offer Dakshina but inwardly gives abuses behind the back, is not this wonderful?" This cap (remark) fitted the Pleader and he had to wear (take it ) . None understand the remark. The Pleader grasped it; but kept silent. When they returned to the wada the Pleader said to the Kakasaheb Dixit " what Baba remarked was perfectly right. The dart (remark) was aimed at me, it was a hint to me , that I should not indulge in reviling or scandalizing others(calling by names) only when the sub judge or munsif of Pandharpur (Mr Noolkar) came and stayed here for the improvement of his health, a discussions about this matter was going on in the bar -room at Pandharpur(as it ever happens in many a bar -rooms) it was said or discussed there, whether the ailments, from which the sub- judge suffered were, ever likely to be got rid of without medicines, by merely going after Sai Baba and whether it was proper for an educated man, like the sub - judge, to have recourse to such methods. The sub -judge was taken to task ie. he was criticised, as also Sai Baba . I Also took some part in this affair; and now Sai Baba showed the impropriety of my conduct. This is not a rebuke to me; but a favour and advice that I should not indulge in any scandal or slander of others; and not interfere unnecessarily in other's affairs"
Shirdi is about 500 KMS away from Pandharpur; still Baba by His omniscience, knew what transpired there in thr bar-room. The intervening places- rivers , jungles and mountains- were not a bar to His all perceiving sight; and He could see or read the hearts of all and there was nothing secret or veiled from Him. Everything far or near, was plain and clear to Him as broad as daylight. Let a man be far or near, he can not avoid the all - pervading gaze of Sai Baba . From this incident the Pleader took the lesson that, he should never speak ill of others, or unnecessarily criticize them. Thus his evil tendency was completely got rid of and he was set in tbe right path
Though the story refers to a Pleader, still it is applicable to all. All should therefore take this lesson to heart and profit thereby.
Sai Baba's Greatness is unfathomable,so are His wonderful Leelas. His Life is also such; for He is Para - Brahma Incarnate.Be To All
